DOA Policy
DOA POLICY: If for any reason your coral is DOA (dead on arrival), you will need to send us a clear digital picture to(coral2you21@gmail.com)of your coral within 2 hours of delivery. Our team will review and at our discretion replace items or issue store credit. Customer would be responsible for shipping cost if a replacement is issued. DOA due to shipping delays or damages caused by Fedex, this includes mechanical and weather related, will NOT be covered under our DOA policy.
CANCELLATION/RESTOCKING FEE
WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY ORDER. IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER, THERE WILL BE A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
When you purchase from our store, you agree to not make a dispute or chargeback under any circumstance. We will resolve any issues that you may have.
